We express our deepest sympathy and solidarity with the Turkish and Syrian peoples for the terrible tragedy that has struck the population of their countries. Unfortunately, we Italians have had our own experiences of these tragic and unexpected events, but the tragedy that struck Turkey and Syria last night and which continues to show its destructive effects is the most violent in recent decades, and sum to tragedies in Syria, caused by the folly of men. The Liberal Grand Lodge is ready to provide its contribution, as far as possible, and has expressed its availability to its sister Liberal Grand Lodge of Turkey.
